Türkiye Cumhuriyeti temel değerlerine ve büyük önder Mustafa Kemal Atatürk'e yönelik karalayıcı ve aşağılayıcı tutum içeren imajların yüklenmesi yasaktır. Bu tür imajlar silinecektir.

Türklüğü, Türkiyeyi veya herhangi bir haklı, ırkı aşağılayan, küçük düşüren, görsellerin yüklenmesi yasaktır, Farkedildiğinde yada şikayet halinde akabinde silinecektir.

Telif hakkı olan ve kullanım izni olmayan görsel dosyaların yüklenmesi yasaktır. Çıkacak yasal yükümlülüklerden yükleyen kişi sorumludur. Farkedildiğinde yada şikayet geldiğinde hemen silinecektir.

Tehdit, küfür, hakaret, vb. içeren, ırkçılık ifade eden görsellerin yüklenmesi yasaktır, farkedildiğinde yada şikayet geldiğinde anında silinecektir.

Telif hakki ihlali ile sikayet edilen resimlerin incelenme ve silinme sureleri 3-7 gun arasinda degismektedir.

Pornografik ve aşırı açık görsel dosyaları yüklerken aile koruması seçeneği ile yüklenmesi zorunludur, aksi halde aile koruması bağlamında yüklenmeyen görseller sistemden silinecektir.

Ressim.net sitesini kullanan her kişi bu sözleşmeyi kabul etmiş sayılır, Yüklenen görsellerden, oluşabilecek sorunlardan ve yasal yükümlülüklerden sitemiz sorumlu tutulamaz.

31/05/2011): Resmin size ait oldugunu idda ederek silinme talebinde bulunan kisilerden herhangi bir kimlik karti on arayuz fotokopisi istenebilir. Islemlerin daha hizli gerceklesmesi icin sikayet mailinde bu bilgiyede yer verebilirsiniz. Islemlerden sonra kimlik bilgileriniz 3. sahislara gosterilmeden, depolarimizdan kaldirilacaktir.

22/01/2012): Bu andan itibaren Adult, pornografik ve cinsel içerikli resim yüklemek yasaktır. Yuklenen resimler kontrol edilmektedir, bu kapsama giren resimler incelemeden sonra kaldirilacaktir. Lutfen bu konuda bize saygi gosterin. Ayrica daha once yuklenen resimlerde 6 ay sonra kademeli olarak kontrol edilerek temizlenecektir, bu kapsama giren resimleriniz varsa yedeklemenizi veya baska siteye yuklemenizi tavsiye ederiz..
